Welcome to Racket Club. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our facilities, services, and any interactions you have with our venues, websites, and platforms. By accessing or using our services, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms, forming a legally binding agreement with Racket Club ("we," "us," or "our").At Racket Club, we strive to create an exceptional padel experience tailored to both casual players and seasoned enthusiasts. These Terms ensure clarity and transparency in our operations, allowing all users to enjoy our facilities and services within a framework of mutual respect and accountability.Racket Club operates under Racket Club Administration ApS (CVR: 42518093), which oversees group-level operations, including memberships, administration, and support. Each venue is managed as a separate legal entity, ensuring that localized services meet the specific needs of our users while maintaining the high standards we are known for.

3. Use of PadelMates Platform
To streamline our operations and improve your booking experience, we rely on the PadelMates platform for managing reservations, memberships, and payments. This secure and efficient system ensures you have access to our services anytime and anywhere. By using PadelMates, you agree to their Terms and Privacy Policy, which can be reviewed at https://padelmates.se.
Transaction Fees:
All transactions conducted through PadelMates are subject to a transaction fee. The size and structure of this fee are determined solely by PadelMates and are outside the control or influence of Racket Club. These fees are not received by Racket Club and go directly to PadelMates. Questions about these fees should be directed to PadelMates support. The fees are always transparently displayed as part of the total price of the booking and are never hidden. Both Racket Club and PadelMates value transparency.
4. Memberships and Fees
Racket Club offers flexible memberships designed to cater to all levels of padel enthusiasts. By clearly outlining our membership terms, we aim to create a transparent and seamless experience for our users. Below are the policies governing memberships, cancellations, and payments.
4.1 General Terms
All memberships are managed through the PadelMates platform.Memberships are personal and non-transferable, tied exclusively to the registered user.
4.2 Cancellation Policy
Bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Cancellation of memberships follows specific rules:
Monthly memberships require an additional payment after cancellation, adhering to a "current month plus one month" cancellation policy.
Annual memberships auto-renew unless canceled at least one month before renewal.
It is the user’s responsibility to cancel in time, regardless of the booking type or membership, through the PadelMates platform. Cancellations cannot be processed via phone, email or via dialogue with employees in the venue. Solely via the Padelmates platform.Some memberships include automatic cancellation clauses; if a membership plan does not explicitly state this, standard cancellation policies apply.
4.3 Credits and Vouchers
Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or grant.Venue-specific credits and vouchers are not transferable between venues.All credits and vouchers are non-refundable after purchase.
4.4 Payment Terms for PadelMates Bookings
Payment policies are designed to ensure smooth and transparent transactions for all bookings and reservations:
Automatic Payment: When you create a booking in PadelMates, the system automatically charges your share at the time of confirmation, regardless of how far in the future the booking is scheduled.
Split Payment / Shared Payment Bookings: For bookings involving multiple participants, your share of the total cost is charged upfront. If others do not join to accept their share of the payment, you will be responsible for covering the remaining balance.Example: If a double court costs 100kr, 25kr (one-fourth) will be deducted from your account at the time of booking. If others do not join, you will need to cover the remaining 75kr.
Full Payment Option: You can choose to pay the entire booking amount upfront for shared payment bookings.Adding a Player: Players added to shared bookings must pay their share within two hours of being added. If they fail to do so, the primary booker remains responsible for the full amount.
4.5 Prices and Discounts
All prices and discounts offered by Racket Club are personal and non-transferable. They are tied exclusively to the account holder and cannot be shared, applied to multiple accounts, or transferred to other users.
4.6 Court Relocation and Administrative Cancellation Policy
Racket Club reserves the right to move a booking from one court to another, provided that the new court has the same value/price and the same start and end time. For example, a booking on a given date on Court 1 from 13:00 to 14:00 may be relocated to Court 6 within the same timeframe and date. These changes are made for administrative reasons, such as optimizing the booking schedule. No discount or compensation will be provided for such relocations.Additionally, Racket Club reserves the right to cancel bookings of any kind if there is an administrative rationale for doing so. In such cases, the full booking amount will be refunded automatically via the payment method utilised.
4.6 Cap for Bookings and Membership Pausing
Racket Club reserves the right to limit the number of bookings that can be made using membership discounts, regardless of membership type. This policy helps prevent misuse of memberships. Since memberships are personal, discounts can only be applied to bookings made by the actual member. It is strictly prohibited to book on behalf of other players. Racket Club will conduct random checks to ensure that the individuals playing are the same as those who made the booking. Violations or misuse of this policy may result in suspension or termination of membership. The maximum number of bookings per member may vary but will always be set to allow members to get the most value out of their paid membership.You can apply to pause your Racket Club membership by contacting us directly at support@racketclub.dk. While memberships can always be canceled via Padelmates, if you are affected by an injury or relocation and prefer to pause rather than cancel your membership, you can apply for a suspension by emailing us. Facilities and Usage RulesRacket Club is dedicated to providing high-quality facilities for an exceptional padel experience. Our usage rules ensure safety, order, and enjoyment for all members and visitors.5.1 General UseUsers engage with Racket Club facilities at their own risk. Racket Club is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper use or faulty equipment.External food, beverages, music, or decorations are prohibited. Violations may result in cleaning fees or additional charges.
5.2 Venue Amenities
Cafés and vending machines provide a variety of food and beverages, including snacks, hot drinks, and seasonal offerings.Pro shops at all venues offer a range of padel-related products and equipment for sale or rental.
5.3 Dynamic and Holiday Pricing
Prices on the booking platform are dynamic and updated in real-time.During holidays (e.g., Easter, Ascension Day, Pentecost, Christmas, New Year’s, and potentially days in between), adjusted pricing may apply. Weekday rates may align with weekend pricing. Membership discounts may not apply during these periods.All prices visible on the platform are current and accurate.6. Events and PackagesEvents at Racket Club are thoughtfully designed to deliver unforgettable experiences for both private groups and corporate teams. With tailored options and professional support, we make planning and hosting events seamless.6.1 Event OfferingsGroup packages include padel sessions, necessary equipment, and optional refreshments or catering.Tailored events may feature additional services such as instructors, entertainment, or customized menus.
6.2 Event Cancellations and Adjustments
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the event date.Participant numbers can be increased but not reduced after confirmation.Changes to packages may incur additional fees.
7. Collaboration with PadelLife
To complement our in-house offerings, Racket Club partners with PadelLife to provide a curated selection of padel products. Purchases through PadelLife’s platform are independent of Racket Club, with payments, refunds, and complaints managed directly by PadelLife.Products purchased via PadelLife tablets in select venues are processed on the PadelLife platform and are not managed by Racket Club.Refunds, exchanges, or issues with these purchases must be addressed directly to PadelLife’s support team.
8. Complaints and Support
At Racket Club, we strive to provide exceptional service and address all user concerns efficiently. To ensure your inquiries are handled correctly, we ask that all complaints, questions, and support requests be directed to our Customer Success Team at support@racketclub.dk.Local staff at venues will assist to the best of their ability, but in cases requiring follow-up, you may be redirected to contact support via email to ensure your case is logged and resolved properly.Cases initiated via email are logged for tracking and quality assurance. Responses may take 24–72 hours depending on the nature of the inquiry.Social media channels are not monitored for support inquiries and will redirect users to contact support through email.Please note that cancellation of bookings, memberships, or activities can only be processed through the PadelMates platform. These actions cannot be completed via phone, email, or in-person at a venue. It is always the user's responsibility to cancel within the required time to avoid fees.
9. Commercial Use
The use of Racket Club’s facilities, branding, or resources for commercial purposes, including promotional events, photography, or videography, requires prior written approval from Racket Club Administration ApS.Unauthorized commercial use of the brand, logos, or facilities is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.All commercial partnerships, including B2B sponsorships and collaborations, are handled exclusively by the Sales & Partnerships department of Racket Club Administration ApS. Local agreements with venue staff are not permitted.For inquiries regarding commercial use or partnerships, please contact support@racketclub.dk, and your request will be forwarded to the appropriate team.
10. Liability
Racket Club is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment; however, the following conditions apply:Users engage with Racket Club facilities, equipment, and services at their own risk.Racket Club is not liable for injuries, damages, theft, or losses occurring on its premises.Users are responsible for securing their belongings and adhering to all posted safety guidelines.
Any damages caused to Racket Club property due to misuse, vandalism, or negligence may result in charges to the responsible user.
11. Commercial Partnerships
Racket Club values collaborations with businesses and organizations, offering tailored agreements to meet specific goals. All commercial partnerships and B2B sales are formalized through context-specific contracts.These contracts are legally binding and take precedence over the general Terms and Conditions outlined in this document.While general terms may apply, the signed agreement will always act as the master document, overruling conflicting terms from these general Terms.For partnership inquiries, contact support@racketclub.dk, and your request will be directed to the Sales & Partnerships department.
12. Promotional Content
The use of Racket Club’s branding, logos, or imagery for any promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertising, social media content, or marketing campaigns, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Racket Club Administration ApS.Any unauthorized use of Racket Club branding may result in legal action.For approval requests related to promotional content, please contact support@racketclub.dk. Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate department for review.
14. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.Racket Club encourages users to resolve disputes amicably and will work towards an agreeable resolution when possible.
15. Accessibility and Special ProvisionsRacket Club strives to ensure that its facilities and services are accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities.Venues are designed with accessibility in mind, offering ramps, accessible restrooms, and staff assistance when needed.Users requiring specific accommodations are encouraged to contact support@racketclub.dk in advance to ensure their needs are met.
16. Force MajeureRacket Club is not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations of services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or technical failures.In the event of force majeure, affected users will be notified, and reasonable steps will be taken to mitigate the impact.

18. Refund Policy
Refunds for memberships, bookings, or services are subject to the following conditions:Refunds for canceled bookings will only be processed if the cancellation adheres to the specified cancellation deadlines. Late cancellations are non-refundable.Membership refunds are not provided for partially used periods. For annual memberships, cancellations must occur more than one month before renewal to avoid additional charges.Events canceled by Racket Club due to unforeseen circumstances will be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@racketclub.dk, and refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.
19. Intellectual Property Rights
Racket Club retains all rights, titles, and interests in its branding, logos, digital content, and proprietary materials. Users are prohibited from:Copying, distributing, or modifying any Racket Club content without prior written consent.Creating derivative works using Racket Club branding or intellectual property.Violations of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
20. Digital Security
Racket Club and its partners prioritize the security of your data. Our platforms, including PadelMates, implement encryption and security protocols to protect personal and financial information. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including passwords. Notify Racket Club immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
21. Termination of Service
Racket Club reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to services for users who violate these Terms or engage in misconduct, including:Non-payment of dues or fees.Disruptive or harmful behavior within facilities.Violation of safety guidelines or policiesMisuse and vialotation of memberships, .
22. Privacy and Data Handling
Explain that user data is collected for service optimization and operational purposes.Clarify that data may be shared with trusted third parties (e.g., PadelMates, CRM tools) under secure conditions.
23. Gift Cards and Promotions
Gift cards are valid for a set period (e.g., 12 months) and are non-refundable.Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
24. Health and Safety Policies
Users must follow all posted safety guidelines and staff instructions.Explain the process for reporting hazards or injuries within the facility.
25. Age Restrictions
Minors under a certain age (e.g., 18) require parental or guardian consent for memberships and bookings and may be asked to showcase such consent. Children using facilities must be supervised by an adult.
26. Lost and Found Policy
Items found in facilities will be stored securely for a set duration (e.g., 30 days).Users must provide a description of the lost item to claim it.
27. Waiver for Participation
Participation in activities is voluntary and at the user’s own risk.Users should consult a physician before engaging in physically demanding activities.
28. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Explain any guarantees for service or experience quality (e.g., refund for unsatisfactory events under certain conditions).Encourage feedback to improve services.
29. Communications and Notifications
Notifications about bookings, cancellations, and updates will be sent via email or displayed on the PadelMates platform.Users are responsible for keeping their contact information updated.
30. Available Rewards & Coin Distribution
The PadelMates Rewards Program is designed to incentivize and reward players who actively participate in activities at your club. The more you play, the more MateCoins you earn.
Coin Rewards for Activities
- Create a game – 120 Coins
- Join a game with a reduced club price – 100 Coins
- Join a normal game – 100 Coins
- Create a tournament – 170 Coins
- Join a tournament (Not DPF) – 100 Coins
- Join a training session – 100 Coins
- Make a booking – 100 Coins
How It Works - MateCoins are allocated based on the approximate cost of the activity and whether the player initiated it. - Players can redeem MateCoins in the PadelMates Rewards Program webshop, which offers a selection of products. Each product displays the number of coins required for redemption. - Club owners can select which products to activate for their players. PRO PadelMates Membership Bonus - PRO PadelMates members receive 10% more MateCoins on all earned rewards. - This membership is independent of Racket Club memberships. Usage Restrictions - MateCoins can only be redeemed via the PadelMates Rewards Program webshop. - MateCoins earned at Racket Club can only be used at Racket Club. Coins collected at other venues cannot be transferred or used at Racket Club. - Racket Club reserves the right to modify the products available for purchase with MateCoins in the PadelMates app at any time. - MateCoins cannot, under any circumstances, be exchanged for money. - MateCoins are non-transferable and cannot be shared with other players. All coins are individual and linked to each player’s account.
31. Updates to the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services, policies, or legal requirements. Significant updates will be communicated to members and users through email or app notifications.
